This paper analyzes the influences of water and steam change on water gauge with different type, and points out the causes of water lackage accident in boiler. 分析锅内汽水的变化对水位计的影响,并通过对水位计型式、结构、原理、使用过程的分析,阐述了由此而引起的锅炉水事故。
The behaviors of condensate was recorded by a high speed photography, the temperature of cooling water and steam was monitored by thermocouple, and the pressure of steam was monitored by a high precision pressure gauge. 用高速摄像记录冷凝过程中冷凝液的动态特性,用热电偶实时监测冷却水和蒸汽的温度,用高精度压力表监测蒸汽压力。
